This is an ensuite in a family home in Kenilworth that we have renovated. The size of this ensuite is 216cm long by 165cm. The total price of this ensuite renovation supplied and fitted, including all of the elements was £8100 (this was the price as of March 2022).
The bathroom renovation took a total of 8 days from start to finish. We worked Monday to Friday every day (apart from the weekends) to get the renovation completed as efficiently as possible to return the ensuite to the home owner. This is our standard bathroom fitting schedule.
As it is an ensuite, the clients requested that we fit a shower and increase the size of the shower from the original smaller enclosure. We offered a 160cm by 80cm walk in shower. We were happy to be able to get the shower tray onto the floor. This was possible as we were able to connect the waste from the shower tray back to the soil without cutting any floor joists (which under building control is not permitted).
The total price for the ensuite renovation was £8100. This included everything from start to finish.
