This is a bathroom in a maisonette in a family home on Whateleys Drive Kenilworth. Originally the property had a bathroom. The bathroom was a typical layout with a bath running wall to wall, a basin and a toilet. The client asked us to change the room to a Walk in shower room.
The size of the room is roughly 200cm wide and 170cm long. The total price of this bathroom to shower room renovation including all of the elements was £8,600. The work took 9 days from start to finish to complete

The work and labour included:
- We provided a skip for all waste materials to be removed and where possible recycled
- We removed the original bathroom, wall tiles etc
- All plumbing, fitting, tiling of the walls and floor
- We Plastered and painted the ceiling
